Lavender Yang has also excelled in film and animation, producing short films
like “Melk” and “Pipes” that were selected for the prestigious Dead center Film
Festival through Artspace’s Stop-Motion animation programs and now interns
at to help those in the same program. She had also won gold key twice at the
Scholastic Art and Writing Awards in 7th and 11th grade. With a passion for
storytelling and character development, Lavender excels in various artistic
mediums, including 2-D and 3-D art, still life drawing and painting, and digital
art software programs.
